Let's delve into the precise steps required to record incoming and outgoing calls:

Recording an Incoming (existing) call:

1. Access the Call Recorder app
2. Navigate to the Record screen and tap the Record button
3. Your existing call will be put on hold momentarily while your phone dials our dedicated recording number
4. After successfully connecting to our recording number, press the Merge button displayed on your screen to establish a 3-way call between your existing call and our recording line

Recording an Outgoing call:

1. Launch the Call Recorder app
2. Navigate to the Record screen and tap the Record button
3. Your phone will automatically dial our dedicated recording number
4. Once connected to our recording number, press the Add call button showcased on your screen in order to initiate a call to your desired contact
5. In order to initiate the recording, press the Merge button to establish a 3-way connection between your ongoing call and our recording line

This Pro version of Call Recorder is inclusive of 300 minutes worth of credits. Additional credits can be acquired within the application, and for your convenience, we offer bulk discounts as well.

Kindly note that the proper functioning of Call Recorder relies on your phone's capability to support 3-way calling. Cellular carriers that are NOT known to support 3-way calling include H2O Wireless and Virgin Mobile.
